Expert Controls provides low-cost embedded control solutions. Our systems are used to control process and plant systems. We use a low-cost single board computer that provides a highly reliable, real-time control system. The controller provides multiple analog and digital I/O. The LCD user interface and keypad allow the user to quickly deterring the status of the controller and change it set points.

Recently, we developed a VFD Loadshed Controller for Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP).

Expert Controls developed a power saving device for its customers in California. The controller is installed into an existing Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The loadshed controller reduces the VFD frequency during peak usage times which reduces the operating cost of the well, making it more economical.

Wonderware Software

Expert Controls specializes in Wonderware Factory Suite 2000. We can assist you with your current HMI application or develop a custom field monitoring system that will incorporate your new and existing equipment.

System Design and Documentation

Expert Controls specializes in system design. We will sit down and review your project goals. If applicable, we will generate a system specification and software specification for your review. We will ensure that the entire systems is ordered and installed in accordance with your field protocol. Our team will be there during system handover and we will perform thorough functional acceptance test of the total system. If necessary, we will train your operations personnel and setup a maintenance schedule.
